Directions from the North

Take Route 95 South until Exit 49. Turn off onto Route 66 West toward Front Royal/Manassas. Travel on Route 66 West until Exit 52 and take exit heading north on Lee Highway (Route 29). At first traffic light, turn left on to Trinity Parkway. Look for the Lifetime Fitness building on the left.
